AT-Certified Software
For your company to comply with the Tax Authority (AT) requirements, the software you use must comply with the certification and invoicing rules. Ordinance No. 363/2010 of June 23 regulated the Software Certification Rules, requiring companies to use invoicing software that has been previously certified by the Tax Authority (AT). After this date, the certification and invoicing rules were changed in the following Ordinances and Orders:
• Ordinance No. 22-A/2012 of January 24;
• Ordinance No. 340/2013 of November 22;
• Order No. 8632/2014 of July 3, issued by the Director-General of the AT.
The Dynamics NAV ERP is duly certified by the AT and guarantees compliance with all the requirements set forth by the Tax Authority.
